Local Spotlight: Amoura

Hi Everyone!

One of my favorite types of food is Mediterranean. That being said, there are only a few restaurants in SF that i’ve found who combine well-made food, atmosphere, and easy on the wallet prices.

Luckily, a little birdie told me about Amoura and I had to stop by. Located in South San Francisco (I promise, it’s not that far away guys…), Amoura is the perfect place when you’re looking for Mediterranean food with a twist.

Executive Chef, Oscar Molinar, and consulting culinary talent, David Wilcox, have concocted amazing, dynamic dishes that are filled with love (the meaning of Amoura, by the way!).

A few standout dishes?

  • Tasso Ham Flatbread
  • Avocado & Roasted Carrots (so, so good!)
  • Roasted Chicken with Swiss Chard
  • Whole Grilled Branzino with Roasted Garlic, Olives and Preserved Lemon

Definitely worth checking out – your tastebuds will thank you!
